Awesome! Those should be published in some refreshed reference books!

Great reference stuff for scale model types!  I have a couple of Korean era Corsair kits that can benefit from this photo goldmine!

Super photo package !!!

What are the bulges in the bottom of the B-29 amd B-17 near the front of the package?

Life rafts?
Fuel bladder?
Big weapons?

My first guess would be life rafts, but I never saw one on a B-29 until now.

I was at McConnell AFB in the 1970's.  There were some great pictures of the man himself with 16 Mig kills shown on his Sabre.

Yea, those 29's are so pretty. I've been known to service a few 86's myself! And those Black 51's.........Awesome! sombody aughta do one!
