Another video of my goofy kids. Daviny didn't finish her rocket, so we launched the 3 we had ready. 14 launches today.

Here's a video of the first time we went rocket launching. The kids were so tiny!

Looks like fun. My rocketry experiments mostly involved masking tape and match heads (which no doubt caused my dad, the assistant chief of the volunteer fire department a bit of trouble).

Looks like you had a great day. Those things are what they will remember their whole lives. Dad took the time to involve them, interact with them and do things with them. Ive made sure to try to involve my kids like this because from my own upbringing, where I didn't get much attention like this, I understood the importance of it.
Good job!

Yes it looks like Dane is doing a terrific job with those youngsters. Never tried rockets with my son, but we did watch a family that would come to the park once in a while and launch their rockets. They were good at it as they would launch into the wind and most of the time it would land almost at the launch point. Also this looks like good exercise for the toddlers. D>K

I just love watching that video with the kids. Me and Aiden laugh so hard when daviny says, "look, a button! "

Flew free flight there in the early 70's while stationed at Nellis. Don't remember all the civilization on the horizon though. Looks like one of your launches was into a thermal.
Lucky Kids!
