Looks more like a 1/5th of Jack and a "Hey y'all, watch this $#!^" !!!!!  A bunch of rednecks could easily come up with something like that! LL~ LL~ LL~ (I resemble that remark!)

That is weird and I know of no *reason* for building something like that! ;D

I think the Germans developed a real plane that looked something like that around 1944.

Some speed pilots flew some 'B' & 'C' class asymmetrical wing planes like this at Merced a few years back, with similar unpredictable manners. (planes, not necessarily pilots)
