This may break certain norms, but I've found it quite informative on the quality of my judging. When judging video you can look at the scores for different maneuvers, then go back and double check them to see the consistency of your scores. Although often frustrating, I believe this can produce a more consistent criteria as a judge improvement method.
Just judging my own flights for a few months I may look at a single maneuver across multiple flights, then go back through only watching verticle eights, for example, and see if my scoring still holds up. I'm relieved that frequently it does, but occasionally I'll find need for improvement.
