Title: One last tune up before WKSI

Got out with my coach and mentor this afternoon. I checked the radar and storms had rolled past. Got to the field and a "pop corn" thunder storm popped up. Waited an hour and it passed.
Got in three flights before dinner.

I feel I'm one of the luckiest pilots in a 250 mile radius. I get to fly with a former Classic NATS Champ. It's a joy to watch him fly.
