Title: On line sanctions are up and running
Post by: Ed Barry on February 21, 2019, 07:12:07 PM
I have been receiving sanction applications via snail mail.  The on-line system is now up and running. You will need to generate a new password to get into the new site. Click on "Events" and a menu with a blue background will come up.  Click on "Event Sanction Portal" and follow menu from there.  I am collecting schedules from various clubs and will shortly put out a comprehensive schedule like the one I did last year. Hoping for better weather and a great flying season!

I tried one recently for a District 6 contest but the online process failed when it came time to pay, I hope that is fixed

There are several RC sanctions posted for District Two, so they got through. However, no control line as of yet.

Skip,
Were you able to get your sanction through to the AMA website?

I don't think the AMA has gotten its head around the fact that a website, or app, that is full of bugs says a lot about the organization.  No website should go public with this many bugs.

Ed, I'm pretty sure that Rich Martinez took care of this thru the website a few weeks ago.....Skip
