The reason people come here is to escape the day to day BS. Please do not post any political statements. They can and are posted in other areas of the INTERNET that I do not have control on. Here at SH where I am the GRAND POOBAR, a place I created to escape the BS, it will not fly here! I have relaxed policy a little and let things slide that have nothing to do with airplanes, just to break the monotony. If it has to do with the LAW,Political party, election, voting results, action fore or against anyone or any company it does not belong here! The needs of the many will surely out weight the wishes of the few.
I am the judge, jury and executioner, there is no debate. All decisions final, certain rules and restrictions apply, if something shows up its only because I haven't seen it yet.
Let me say this once more. This is not a PAMPA/BRODAK/CONTROL LINE WORLD web site THIS is a STUNT HANGAR WEB COMMUNITY.
mw~ If I delete something its not out of a personal NATURE. It is BECAUSE OF THE RULES I SET UP WHEN I STARTED THIS FORUM. THE RULES APPLY TO EVERYONE! If it includes me, it includes you for sure! B@B

Robert, My personal opinion is that you do an excellent job with this forum. If in your opinion something doesn't belong here, then probably it doesn't. I know that a forum has to have constant attention. You are fortunate to have some excellent moderators that do their job very well. I have seen forums on other subjects that started out as an excellent information source, but with no oversight they deteriorated quickly to nothing but name calling and other petty BS. I make use of the PM and email feature feature of this forum if I have anything to say that I think might not be appropriate here. I must confess that sometimes I slip and fall into my roll as contender for the title of "King of the BS'ers", however I hope it is not too often.
I have said it before, but again
Thanks for everything

Admiral Sparky,
You are the Boss. It's your sandbox, you take care of it, and we all play by your rules. I like it!
There are PLENTY of places to go to if someone doesn't like the House Rules.

Robert,
You've shown a lot more patients than I would. I believe most, 99%+, of the users here are more than willing to abide by what you ask. Sorry to say that you and your moderators have the sad and mostly thankless duty of handling the problem of dealing with the very few who can't abide by the rules you set forth.
You've done an admirable job, but thats why you're and admiral ain't it? AP^
-
Robert,
Hey, as has been noted; your sandbox, your rules. I'm perfectly willing to abide by them. Makes it a nice place overall.
-
Robert and moderators,
Thanks for keeping a tight reign on the context posted here as fun and politics generally don't mix too well and someone nearly always ends up with a "bee in their bonnet".
I gave up on a couple of other forums (non- C/L) because of the politics, name calling and B.S.
Unfortunately the biggest cause was the moderaters themselves!
You guys are doing a top job, thanks again.
Rob.

Robert,
Thanks a million for exercising the leadership so sorely missing from other forums that caused them to get into all that crap and away from model airplanes.
As long as you continue to do so, I am sure your forum will continue to see the great success it has so far.
Way to go!!

I for one am so glade to go to a forum that has scruples that the only BS you will get from me is controline BS which by the way I am pretty good at after years and years of practice. I am glad to be here and am enjoying the opertunity to contribute in some way. Keep up the good work for this is the way it should be. Thanks Leo
