Today I got to hang out with a great bunch of guys.
When I got to the field Richard had me all setup and ready to fly Art's recycled Twister. It was a kick in the pants to fly.

Jeff, Bill and Leo showed up a little later. Not long after Bill Adair, and Scott made it. The only hard part was trying to be at both circles and shoot the breeze with everyone.
Here are some pics from my phone.
Art called just as we started the day. Richard was giving him a hard time about not being here.
And who said the old ambroid <sp?> glue will not hold? Jeff has a 43 yr old Flite Streak. After he put in several good patterens with his Tutor 2 he started up the old Flite Streak. He was having so much fun punching hole in the sky, I told Richard that Jeff looked like he was 12 yrs old again. Funny how something that old could make someone have fun like a kid.
I got to watch Leo fly his good looking Ruffy bassackwards. I hope I can still turn round and round when I get his age. He claims to be in his 70's but he sure wears it well.
Richard took a turn with my new borrowed Twister and said it was not worthy, so he broke out the SkyRay for me to fly. It was a little more my speed.
Bill had a nice looking P-40. He said he almost had it dialed in. I could not convence him to ship it to me.

Scott had a very nice looking Cougar. He wish it flew as good at his old T-Bird that he gave to Richard.
At the end of the day Bill Adair and I headed to a few LHS to pick up a few olds and ends. Thanks Bill for letting me follow you.
Richard -- Thank you so much for letting me hang out with you and your flying buddies.
Like I told Leo today, he is truly blessed to have a great bunch of guys to fly with.
