Just got a call from Jim Lee asking me to post a note here.  He is in south Florida enjoying white sands and cold beers, but out of range of the internet and most communications.  He wanted me to tell everyone he will remain in paradise until about November 1st and so be patient if you don't hear from him until around that time.......
