Yeap they all need their stupid tags hung around their necks.  To go out in the water without a life vest is asking for trouble no matter how good a swimmer you are.  And the operator of those boats needs head examined also. D>K

Now I have solid proof that half the population are below average IQ! How some of those skippers manage to even dress themselves without assistance is beyond me.

It is not that 50% are below average IQ, it is that with a 4% unemployment rate. 96% of them are employed!  LL~

I have lived near one of those narrow inlets opening into a large bay.  When the tide changes all of that water has to go somewhere.  All those people sitting on the rocks watching are not there to fish.  It is better that TV.
