I came across this article in the Washington post the other day while idly browsing the web.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/travel/homeland-officials-americans-on-no-fly-list-are-not-banned-from-learning-how-to-fly-in-the-us/2012/07/18/gJQA2ZtrtW_story.html
Am I reading this correctly? Even if you are considered a terrorist threat and banned from boarding a flight you can still learn to fly an aeroplane? HB~>
Seems a bit ironic. ???
