Custom Cut Kits UPDATE
« on: December 01, 2010, 04:00:02 PM »

I have decided to remain here in Georgia instead of making the move I was planning.  My shop has been completely gutted and I am currently in the process of a complete makeover which is going to make production a lot more efficient and easier.

The first item of business after the first of the year will be to build the prototype of the AIRBENDER which was formally known as the Windwalker. CAD plans are done and now it is simply a matter of building the plane and giving you all a look at it. Hopefully it will have a design you will find desirable.

I have not decided how many designs I will offer in kits for 2011.  I will be offering some designs with the Millennium wing as an option.  I also am going to take more personal requests from you for piece kits.  If you can furnish the plans of a design you want me to cut, I will do it. If you want a millennium wing for your plane, you will have that option too if it is possible.  Kits that are special ordered by you will be hand cut kits with rib strips if it is a millennium wing.  If you want full ribs I can have those laser cut if you wish.

I will keep you updated as things progress here in the shop and I look forward to getting back to work in 2011.

Mike

Hi Mike,

I wish you the best in which ever way you go.  Staying in Georgia must have been a big decision.

It sounds like you are planning an "expansion" with the use of Millineum wings being available, good idea, IMHO.

Best wishes in the coming year and beyond!
