Nostalgia 30 Question
« on: February 23, 2016, 10:07:22 AM »
Is the Sig Magnum nostalgia 30 eligible?  I'm not sure of the original design date.

Pretty close, I think. I believe a prototype was flown at the 86 NATs. One Mr. Michael Pratt should be able to resolve that.

Brett & Zuriel,
Correct the kit Magnum was in 1986.  However, the first prototype (I Beam) was built in 1977 & 1978.

Later,
Mikey

Oh man....I really should get my Magnum finished,  Is it bad that mine has been in framed up state only needing a cowl and finishing for so long that it is now considered Nostalgia...    HB~>

Okay because of this post I decided to get my Magnum out from behind the racks of planes and get going on finishing this thing up.  Will be powered by another one of my ST 60's.  I think this has been sitting for at least 15 years in this state of completion...
