The distributor for both versions of their Norvel .061 lists them for $54.99 new.

I believe the linked site says the .061 is $69.99 ea.  The .049 is listed for $54.99. I have paid as little as $20 and as much as $60, depends on how bad it is wanted or needed.

If the NV engines are as good as the Revlite Norvels sold before NV started up, it's worth every penny of 69.99. Just don't follow the NV break-in instructions, it'll destroy the pinch. They dumbed down the startup procedure so as to avoid phone calls from people that don't know how to treat a tight pinched ABC engine. If you're experienced with the Norvel already, then you know this. If not, I wrote up a good procedure in this thread:

Thanks Rusty, I'm not familiar with the Norvels. Thought I would try something different from the Cox's. Thanks, Ed.

Once you get that first aggravating crank out of the way, you'll fall in love with the Norvel. I love my Tee Dees, so I hate to say it, but you won't want to go back. I highly recommend a starter spring. And if you get a muffler, it really makes a sweet quiet scream. It has so much power once it's fully run in, that any power loss from the muffler can be easily overcome with a shorter prop. I use Master Airscrew GF 6x3s cut down to 5.75, 5.5 and 5.25". And if I want to cram it into a small circle on 35' lines, an APC 6x2 will let it rev up where it loves to be and still fly at a manageable speed. It only uses about half as much fuel as a Tee Dee too. Very efficient. I use Sig 25% with an extra 2% added drugstore castor. If you want to run it on a pressure bladder, I can show you how to make a great fine thread NV for it.
