So, the Northwest Regional Control Line Championships start tomorrow. Is anyone here attending? Some folks that I know are coming to this event have already left for the drive.

Yeppers Randy, ya know I will be there, leaving tonight ala Pats method, gonna drive as far as I can stand, then climb in the elegant Astro hotel and lounge for a few hours shuteye,, then on to Eugene,,, hoping to make it in around 10 or 11 tomorrow,, of course I have been known to be optomistic, a lot depends on how long it takes to pack cloths and such,, have the planes already loaded  ;D just got to get the nonessentials loadded,, food, water,, ya know, the stuff that dont matter,
Looking forward to seeing you and all the rest there,,,,

Mark,

Well, we had a setback. We were going to drive my wife's Exploder, but it sort of exploded. The master cylinder went bye-bye. So, it's parked in the garage and we will be driving the old, reliable S-10 Blazer. Problem is, my wife is driving it due to above mentioned problem. She won't be home till after 9pm tonight, so I can't load up till tomorrow morning. She's going out to the barn after work. Sigh...

Hey, I aleady picked up a new master, front calipers and rear slaves along with all new flexible lines. I'll certainly be having fun on Monday. As an aside: I bought the parts on PartsAmerica.com. Pretty cheap, too. I picked them up at the local Shucks. The guy sure had a funny look on his face when he realized that had I just walked in a bought them, they would have been most of a $150 more expensive. Gotta love modern marketing.

Should get out of here by 7:30am or so. Put us in Eugene around 12:00 or 1:00pm.
