Is SIG Nitrate dope taughtning?

Well guys, here is a question I never asked. Is Sig Nitrate dope taughtning or non-taughtning?

Hi Pat,

All dope is tautening to some point.  Sig Nitrate is not as bad as Sig Supercoat clear which is high tautening.

Yeah, what Bill said. Sig nitrate will shrink enough to tighten the covering and remove the wrinkles.

I just used the supercoat to pull the wrinkles. Two coats of that will be followed by two or more coats of litecoat to stop the taughtning.

Hi Pat,

If the covering is nice and tight, then it's time to go to the Litecoat for "filling".  Then your sanding sealer or primer before the blocking coat and colors.

SIG NITRATE DOPE is non-taughtening type.  Just like LITE-COAT (non-taughtening butyrate). 

The only full taughtening dope product we have is original SUPERCOAT CLEAR. 
All SUPERCOAT colors are mixed in a non-taughtening butyrate (LITE-COAT) base.
