I am going to be trying some fishing lines and don't have adj lead outs, what other method can you suggest if the fishing lines aren't the same drag as the steel ones, in tension/control,to do the needed adjustments, and how to adj the tip weight when there isn't a tip weight box? Have I made myself clear? Thanks

Gil the tip weight part is pretty easy- use clay to weight the tip. When you think that’s about right then weigh it and plant an equal amount inside the tip. The lead outs are a little more complicated. Ideally the airplane should hang nose down 1 to 1 1/2 degrees when suspended from both lead outs on a single hook. It’s really related to the CG. Making the model crab more is not productive. I would just go faster or add a bit of engine offset. Too simple an explanation but something to start with.

I tried them then put them back on the shelf when the rule change got defeated. I don't use anything in practice that I cannot use at a contest. Had the same issue - nothing adjustable. Never do that again!
On my ship there was slightly more rake but not enough to make moving the leadouts a must. They had less stretch which made up for the rake. Don't ask me why because I don't have a clue but the tip weight didn't need changing. I used 65lb test instead of 85 which is a bit thinner but still stronger and perhaps lighter than .015 steel lines. I just added an extra 1/16" offset to the rudder and "The Force" came back into balance. :) If they ever make them legal I will switch the same day and move my ADJUSTABLE leadouts back a bit.
You might try the .0145 "Ukrane" lines if you are under the weight limit. Technically legal and they are nearly as stiff as the fish line.

I would not worry about it I only notice it on some maneuvers and the fell in slight. most flyers will not feel any difference.
Outside squares on some airplanes i notice a lighter feel but never bad that i don't lose control.
