I use Zap 560 Canopy Glue.  It's available from Tower Hobbies.  Works very well and dries so clear as to be invisible.  Really sticks.

Sig also offers a canopy glue but I haven't really used it for a long time.  It used to work OK but then became unavailable (at least to me) and I started using the 56 stuff and never looked back.
