What a great looking stunt plane .  Not just the paint but the design.  Looks like a USA-1.
Man everything was better in the old day's to me.  Even the magazine articals where cool.
Lot's of appreciation for the control line sport back then.

The plane is called Atlantis, it is an Australian design to my knowledge and it looks very like the USA1, flown extensively in the 70's by Doug Harlow. The Doug Harlow versions were take apart, Doug had this amazing habit of lying on his back to perform the overhead eights.

The man on the cover of the annual is Marco Bechizza (probably the wrong spelling of his second name - sorry Marco if you are reading this). Marco built truly stunning planes, the Atlantis shown here was finished with Aerogloss and had a custom airbrushed mural -superb model.
