Title: Nitro ?

I have one 1 Liter Nitromethan plastic container half full (500ml) showing waterperls above Nitro inside ?.
Is this still GOOD to race  or spoiled ?.

Water does not mix with nitro, so pull the nitro from below any water on the top and it should be perfectly fine.
