Hi Folks, Rootbeard was so kind to post pictures from their adventure to Brodaks this year. I noticed a picture of a scale Nieuport model. Was wondering if anyone saw this model flying and, or know anything more about it. The team from Tennessee didn't know anything more about it. Thank You, Mike Boucher, BlueBaron :)

Hi, Mike - you may have heard about or seen a picture of this model.
It was built by John Brodak and is a masterpiece.
It did not participate at the Fly-In.
Powered by a five cylinder radial engine, he did an amazing job of scratchbuilding many of the components, like the machine gun.
When I was testing the engine, it turned out that it was assembled at the factory but the cam timing was out.
I had to disassemble it and analyze the cam drive and valve train to figure out and set the timing. There are NO TIMING MARKS!!
