Title: Newbie question about control handles

Would someone please explain/define the terms used to describe the various features of control handles?

When much (very much) younger, we used EZ Just Standard and Hot Rock handles--didn't have any of this fancy stuff.

Try searching " everything under control dave day" this guy is in the UK and one of the top fliers I guess? he has a lot of info at his site.
