Hi Pat,
Both Stiletto's are IC Versions, The 1/2 A if I remember correctly is a scaled down version of Les McDonalds 660 Approx. 320 Sq. In. powered by Cox .049 I have also tried the .051 and experimented with Cyclone .049 R.E. with a pipe. The full size Stiletto is 670 Sq. in wing area, Fuselage was redrawn to incorporate pipe tunnel, the stab also built as I Beam and is 15% wider than the 660 plans, 10" nose moment and 17.5" flaps to elevator OS 46 VF with Randy Smith Pipe.
Don,
I cant take credit for the paint scheme, as that belongs to the designer of the Stiletto, Les McDonald. Paint Scheme however are something I do enjoy creating as I am a Graphic Designer by trade. These aircraft were made as a tribute to Les.
Dave,
I sure will be bringing these out to the field this coming Spring.
