You now  are   turning  150%  more  blade  and  area, and  you just drastically increase  the engine  load,  Cut the  prop down  to 10.5 inches, and  pitch  the  blades  UP  about  1/4  pitch.

I have   a  3 blade  CF prop  that works  great on that  engine, it is a  11 x just over  5 pitch
The  3 blade on the  left  is  the  prop I have  mentioned,  The  one on the  right  works  well too, it is  1  12 x 4 N 3blade
CF,  used  on many  engines at  10.5 to 12 inches,    The  one  in the  middle  is  the  big  14 inch x 4.5   3 blade  for the  75

What Randy said is probably correcter, but I'd let it sing and see what happens. I run those cyclon TT props, got them from Randy, and I have the engine where it wants to be running 4.6-4.8 second laps on the TEOSAWKI. Run it in a wet-ish 2 stroke and let it RIP!
