New plane hauler.
« on: May 05, 2006, 05:54:06 PM »
As most know I work for Harley-Davidson. We got a bike in on trade today that came with a trailer. The kind you tow behind a bike. I know this trailer is big enough for my small plane but I am looking to make the bigger ones fit too. With the cost of gas this summer look for ma at the contests with my H-D pulling my custom (airplane Hauler) trailer! Too cool!

Cheaper on gas too!

Stock paint for the trailer? Or Sparky special?

I have a 103 inch engine so it doesn't get the greatest gas mileage but it's 35 MPG 20 better than my truck.

You know I've been kicking around the same idea!   y1 I don't have a cover for my truck bed, and I can just fit one UKey35 in the cab. I haven't towed ButtUgly in years. Fuel can and assorted gear could fit in the cooler. I could stack planes in the trailer using foam. Just might work....  #^
