This is what I've been doing.
Vector 40 from plans and a rib set done in the rare open cockpit version.
LA 46. Nason car paint.
44.6 ounces without muffler or tip weight.
This stuff is WAY harder than Free Flight.

More details, please, on the Nason paint.  More fuel proof than dope?  What about precautions regarding toxicity?

That plane will climb like a rocket.  With an LA46 and that weight, you will never be lacking power.

It's just the base coat and clear coat. The clear is catalyzed. Supposed to be fuel-proof. I painted in a big area with a respirator with good cartridges.

the tongue muffler didn't balance. It's getting a tube muffler and the weight is 47.2 ounces.
