Nice model. Pretend it's on the down leg of the outside square! How do you like the Veco .61?  There was a guy from Iowa years ago, Russ Gifford, that liked the Veco/K&B .61 and they ran quite well for him. I think he got one of the first "Twister" head versions and it ran well also. I have several of each and need to get a mule type model going to try them out on one of these days. Welcome to the group!
   Type at you later,

That's a big, bold ship! I like the flags and numbers....

Hope it is everything you imagined while building....

Click on the link below the pic, then you can rotate the picture to up right, inverted or climbing. LL~ LL~

Sorry the software turned my pic 90 degrees for some reason.

Cell phone pictures typically do that, and as you can see, I haven't found a way to correct the rotation in IrfanView, which seems very odd. A real digital camera is the solution, IMO.   :P  Steve

edit: Ah...if you click on the picture I posted, then it auto-rotates to "upright", i.e., sitting on the wheels.

Years ago, I tried using a Veco 61 is stunt.  The run was not reliable and I finally gave up.  I wonder if the MECOA Veco is any better for stunt?

Hi DTF, any progress with the plane or specifically the engine? I have one I'm planning on using someday.

Doc's method for rotating pics like this work well. I just had to learn it takes two or three repeats.

Download and click on the picture, click rotate.  Then download again, click rotate, repeat until you get your desired orientation.

Thank you, Doctor.

I needed that,

Good job DTF, are the numbers a flags vinyl graphics, painted or slide off decals?

No problem DTF. There is this icon at the bottom of the page that turns it any way I want it to go!

Nice looking ship.

Funny.............I didn't need to do that. In fact, I just made it do inside and outside rounds. And I got a perfect 40 points. Hahahahahahahahahahaha!
