I hope you heal up quick.  Maybe you can hold the handle in your teeth in the mean time.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

At first glance I thought you had built a new George Aldrich airplane. Anyhow take it slow and I hope you heal up fast and get back in the game soon.

Garf, Here I thought you had it whipped after your surgery.   Now I know this is another set back, but I also know it will not keep you down.   So take care.

Ya win some, ya lose some. At the last pacer check, they said, it's time. I didn't argue with them, because when the battery goes dead, so do I.

If the weather cooperates, I will try to fly this Sunday. The weather has been really wet this week.

We could use a little of that "WET" here in Tucson.  The 110 degree stuff with 4% humidity always begins to get a little tiresome about this time of year.  Especially when remembering we have about 3 more months of it!!! n~ n~

Happy flying!

Must be a different version of cut the wind than I always heard.  Anyway Phil don't push yourself and have a relapse.   As far as rain people don't complain.   Some complained about the lack of rain here in Kansas.   Drove home from Brodaks yesterday and was amazed how many miles can be covered with no rain.  Dog got me up in the middle of the night to go out and it was raining.  Only one day of rain at Brodaks that I know of that rain stopped flying for a couple of hours.

I went flying today. Despite dragging a bit, I did fairly well. Both the planes and I have been idle too long. Fermented castor fouled the filter again.

At least you got to fly.....my bunch wouldn't accede to my desires to have fun....rather they all expected me to stay inside in the air conditioner and act like a papaw. :'(

I worked with a man that had a pacemaker put in so iasked him how long the battery lated before they had to rplace it and he said 7 to 12 years. I told him that if they put solar cell on that bald spot maybe the batteries would last longer as they rcharge. He did laugh but not real hard. HB~> HB~> HB~>

Since mine is a dual chamber rate responsive unit, my battery lasts between 5 to 6 years.
