Title: New Jersey PAMPA Members......

PAMPA is a registered non-profit corporation, registered in the state of New Jersey.  Part the of charter requires one member serve as our business representative who is a resident of the state.  For many years Tom Hampshire has served this roll.  Tom just sent me the annual documents for payment but tells me he is moving and will no longer be able to serve this function.  I need another member from N.J. to please come forward and fill this roll.  It requires nothing other than the charter paperwork is sent to you annually.  You will forward this to me and I will re-register and pay the fees.  This is statutorily required each year.
If you wish to be this person please let me know ASAP.  I need to get our paperwork in with the new name and address within the next few weeks.
