Elizio: Great looking plane. I put that same paint scheme on a profile
FW-190 about 10 years ago. It looked great in the air. When the plane
went up for a wingover everybody within a mile could see it!

Well, I'll try to bring order to the subject:
First photo: design of the new FW, more elongated, running a few of the proportions of the original aircraft.
Second photo: my current plane, whose fuselage is in line with the original.
Third photo: the amount of the engine, which will be the Saito 72, as the former.
Fourth photo: a painting I want to do.

As for friends who have written, there were planes and pretty good on all sides, the Spitfire're beautiful in all its versions, the Mustang inbred lines, the Kawasaki "Tony", the Macchi "Fulgore" among others.
With the knowledge of all, not to say that the red paint on the bottom, was precisely to spare them from "friendly fire", so close they were fighting.
I used for this text, Google Translator, so if you have any error, the fault of Google.
Good for all flights.

Hi Elizio!

Keep posting the build pictures of your FW-190.

First picture has my interest in your methods going.

A question
What is the diameter of the cowl?
What diameter prop do you use?

Thanks
David

Nice work, Elizio. I'll watch this progress with anticipation. Semi-scale WWII stunt planes are just cool.

Nice to see your building another.  Your planes always want to make me
head out to my shop and do some modeling myself.   D>K

Elizio,

Your FW-190 is very impressive looking.   You did a terrific job.   I would love to see it in the air.

What are the major changes you are making from the first Fw-190 ?

I see that you are using paper and pencil for your drawings.  Here's hoping that Santa brings you some CAD software for Christmas.

Happy Holidays.

Cheers.

Warren Wagner

Elizio,

Happy Holidays.

Felicidades.

Hello friends:
today as the first day of the year, let's work!
Some small progress on my FW.
Actually I don't know of someone who builds aircraft starting from the front, but perhaps explain Freud.
- My method to align the engine with spinner, using a coarse sandpaper.
- If anyone is interested, the picture of Tutankhamun was that I painted (only, I thought I could not do this kind of work).
- The red in the wood, it is blood, so I'm giving blood to make this new aircraft.
A happy 2010 to everyone.

Dear Doc Holiday:
I wonder why he has the Doc in his name.
I am a doctor, and today when I injured my finger, wrapped with a tape from 3M.
But I'm vaccinated against tetanus!
It is a great satisfaction to receive your comment.
That has a 2010 full of joy and many flights.

Okay, I know this story.
Even on a trip, by chance, arrived at a city in Bolivia where they were killed Butch Cassidy and  Sundance Kid.
A great movie!
But the reality was quite different.
Thank you.

>>I see that you are using paper and pencil for your drawings.  Here's hoping that Santa brings you some CAD software for Christmas.<<

Some of us like drawing the old fashion way. I'm no great shakes with a CAD program (I can use one and understand the basic functions), but I've never taken the time to get good with one. This is partially because I LIKE drawing the plane out on real paper with a real pencil. Perhaps Elizio feels the same way.

Hi guys:
I really am the ancient time.
While drawing with pencil and paper, use Silkspan, nylon and dope in my models.
Accepted plastic in airmodels (but in other planes, in my not!)
Of course I'm ecstatic seeing the plans drawn in CAD, such as the Pat (USA) and Claudio (Argentina).
Certainly, I do not know how to use CAD.

Elizio,  My Dad clalimed to have met the real DOC Holiday before TB got to him.  I was 20 when my Dad passed on at 70.  Also you have my name spelled wrong and I keep telling everyone I am from the strange side of the Holidays.  We spell our last name with two L's,  HOLLIDAY.  It has taken me years to get VSC to do it right, but Jim H has finally learned.  Happy New Year  .  By the way somewhere I have the biography of the real DOC Holiday.  Also I got the nickname while in my Senior year of high school and it has just stuck.  That was the period of time when westerns were the rage on TV and the people got wounded with one shot.  They didn't need a machine gun to shoot as they knew how to aim.  Another side light was that DOC was not a man to be around when he was sober, the only man he ever killed was by accident as also the pistols of that day were not that accurate.  If you wanted accuracy you carried a rifle, for short range a shot gun.

with permission of the designer of the Super Tucano, Bene Rodrigues, I will build my FW 190 D using the same wing of the Super Tucano. It is an excellent aerofolio.

Elizio,
I have been watching those videos of your flights many times,(thanks). It looks like your ship is a bit too sensitive in level flight. Quite possibly, that could also explain the apparent hunt. Now remember, I am just looking at a video of something being done all the way in South America. You have got your "nose" right there on the scene.

Turn is important but as they say in music, "it's got to groove".

It is really looking nice.  I love the details!  A well done semi scale stunt plane is always a joy to see.

Do you remember what company makes the pilot you are using?  I have one like that which I have had since 1972, and I would like to get some more!

Thanks, and show more pictures! ;D
