New features added

At the bottom of the main forum page I have added the sections from the other side of the forum. Along with this I have made it easer to read by making the category's collapsible. If you see an arrow by the topic it is a collapsible line. I hope this helps keep me informed one way or the other.

    I went and slected the scale section from under the main listing and none of the topics show up?
