New District II PAMPA rep.

Buddy Wieder has accepted the position of District II PAMPA rep! Windy has been playing with motorbikes of late and has a grandchild due, so he has relinquished the position that he held for 75 years or so.....anyway, a long time!

Buddy is a great flier and has been building planes with Bob Hunt, including electrics...

Glad to see Buddy in the postion. Buddy is a great friend and overall great guy. He will do a good job for District II.
