Thanks, Rich. I don't have to tell you how hard it is to obtain a flying field like this in, what likely is, the most densely populated state in the nation.

All at the behest of the RC club, farmer and a major pipeline property owner. I'm new to the club and don't want or need someone making a bad decision (like trespassing) which would definitely impact me. I worked on this for years and want cordial and rule abiding people. Yes, I've been impressed upon to vet people and anyone unhappy about that should seek a different venue.
