Dear Friends,
This is the new  plane built by me to a old friend. Rudse, best luck with the new Bear!
Plane data: Bear with Novar aerodinamics; Os 40 VF ; Randy Smith CF Pipe and landing gear; total weight is 1.630g (57.5 oz). All Monokote finish.

I used to momocote fairly good, but lately I can't git it to shrink worth a hoot. Any body have this problem? :(

Herb, actually there has been quite a bit of discussion on Monokote being different now. I think even searching on here you would find a fair amount of info. It definetly is the product, not you....some colors seem to be more affected than others..

I have switched to Ultracote exclusivly for heat shrink covering,, on models which use it,, ( of course others get painted,,)

You should have been quiet about the Monokote.   The plane still looks great.   The details with the material must have been a pain to do.   Did I mention I like it. H^^
