Anyone ever seen one of these handles?

I saw a red one a this blue one today. Kind of neat looking, but seemed bulky.

I've got a couple of them. I can't remember who made them, though.

Joe Reinhard made handles matching the pictorial and the ones in my flight box.

I agree,  he normally uses green but blue is also in his selection process.
