Never let a former model not do its job for you
« on: June 05, 2011, 04:23:51 PM »
I have replaced the PA 61 in the Arcturus III (red, white and blue) with a PA .65 side exhaust through Allen Goff, Marshall Busby and then to me.  I have three flights on it and will need to change to another metal tank.  The one I have in it is not working the way I want it to.  Power great, just need an upgrade on tank.  The Arcturus I has an Evolution .60 in it and it will be an evaluation in one of my Flying Models columns.  The Arcturus III weighs now at 67.4 ounces and the Arcturus I weighs in at 62.5 ounces.

If I knew a former model, all I'd want is her phone number...   :##  Steve

Yea, I have several models that either didn't pan out as I had hoped or are awaiting repair. That's my plan. I do want to build something for VSC next year, but apart from that, I want to go through the stuff I have and either figure out how to get them flying the way I want, give them away or salvage them. Not enough storage room.
