Need tech help

I've really enjoyed the Virginiahobbysport website.  Lately when I try to veiw it, the buttons don't look right and when I click on any button I get directed to an error message.  I suspect that there might be a setting issue on my end, but I can't seem to solve it.  I cleared cookies and checked the compatability view settings.  Any suggestions?

I tried that link and still have the same problem.  I am pretty sure it is either a setting on my end or something about my internet sevice provider that is causing the problem.  I'm just not sure what to do about it.

I'm using IE.  My daughter uses the same internet provider that I do, but uses Mozilla instead of IE.  Earlier today, I  had the opertunity to try the site from her computer and had the exact same problem.  Could it be the provider?

My Internet Explorer refuses to connect me to my e-mail.  Mozilla Firefox connects me right away.  So go figure!  I'm using Windows xp.
