Need some stock dim's
« on: September 04, 2009, 08:23:12 AM »
Ok, my first project here in NY is toi make a toolm tote to carry to the field. Fuel from sig  comes in a plastic bottle as a quart. Anybody got one and can measure the diameter for me.  Also I'd like the dim of a standard quart fuel can.

I have a SIG quart of Castor. I'd bet they use the same size bottle. Mine measures 3 1/8 to 3 3/16 ". Allow for 3 1/4" and you'll be fine...

  Jim Gilmore;
  Here you are -- 3 1/8 diameter X 9 5/8 total height. Not including the neck and cap it is 8 1/8 high. right on the money Ward.
