Need help with scanner/printing program

Hi fella's.  I upgraded to the new Windows 10 and it changed my printing window to something entirely different and almost useless.  I can no longer change the percent of print size.  I have a little plan that I want to print larger, but can't with what I have.  Any recommendations or help will be greatly appreciated.
