They don't have to be published by some known name, just designed or built. Since I had 2 before 1964 I would not hesitate to enter one in profile and classic. We didn't have digital camera's on everything back then. I would venture a guess that a lot of the old timers here have had a profile Nobler at some point.

No, they don't have to be published at all, either plans or pictures. But the point is that nobody had ever even said they had a Profile Nobler based on the plans or kit, and/or provided a picture of it that was from prior to 1970. Yes, it's logical to assume that it was done, but there has been zero documentation of that (to date). It could also be claimed that somebody built an Impact before 1970, but nobody has provided any evidence of that! If you can provide a picture of a profile built around remains of any of the three or four classic legit Noblers, then you're the first that I know of. No fair if it has the wing & horizontal tail but looks like an F-86! Let's see 'em!
