I am ready to start putting the hardware on to get this plane ready. Tyler, the youth who will get this plane stopped by last night to check on the progress.
Arlan donated the plane, and sold a LA 40 at a good price to Tyler's dad. (Eric) It needed a ventrui and a NVA. The engine was drilled out for a ST NVA so I needed another ST NVA to go back in. Zuriel donated a ST NVA. Problem is the NVA is a 60 size. Will not fit. I hate to drill the case out larger. Here is where the help comes in.
I need to swap a NEW (Back in the package) ST .60 size NVA for a .40 size.
Can anyone help out please?

All the ST units are the same diameter. You need an OS or Enya unit.

Thanks Phil. That is what Zuriel said but it seemed a little tight. I will try it again.

Stuff tissue, with some light oil oil on it to wet it, into the crankcase hole and take a round jeweler's file to it. If it is a *little* tight. If it will actually go in the hole already, then you don't need to do anything. (it seemed a little tight ??)

Took a #11 exato blade and cleaned the hole. Got it in.
