How to setup classified add

Hi Louie,

From the main forum page (if you’re not sure if you’re there: click <Home> in the row of buttons near the top and you’ll go there)

The top section (list?) of topics is called General Control Line Discussion.  Near the bottom of this section (just above “Ukraine…”) find the topic Classifieds and click on it.

READ the top two “stickies” (topics pinned or stuck to the top) before posting your ad, for more info.

Look at a couple of ads to see how to format first: The subject line (Title of your ad) and second: The ad itself (the body).

To actually create an ad - Simply click the button <New Topic>.

Fill in your Subject.

Fill in your Ad (the big empty / blank box with no label) {Note: you must include a price or prices in your ad, some people forget to do it}

{Pro Tip - Click Attachments and other options to get to the tools for including a photo}

There are three buttons below the Ad Body: Post, Preview, and Spellcheck.
Post will post your ad - unless something is wrong, like a single photo that is too big, or a group of photos that are too big.
Preview (optional) will show you, before you post it, what your ad will look like, if you’re concerned about paragraphs and spacing and such.
Spellcheck (optional) I’ve never used it so you’re on your own.
