Mysterious local crop circles
« on: August 23, 2017, 06:32:42 AM »
There's one near me.  Do any of you have one too?  Why don't the national news media explain what's going on here?

Wow!  Those are really weird.  There surely must be some explanation for these things.

You pulling our leg?  Looks like control circles with center pad.  Another thought is sod farm with the watering rigs that go in a circle.   Where we fly we have those circles but it is hard to fly off them once the beans and corn are growing.

Maybe it is a landing site for two alien vehicles flying in formation.

High altitude travelers, airline pilots and such, recognize these as locales where Native Americans attacked early settlers' wagon trains. The wagons were circled to form a defense position and the livestock within fertilized the soil. Pretty basic.

Not to drift too far off topic....  another interesting point seen from above is the impact meteorites make on the surface of the Earth. One such example is near Winslow, AZ.  Almost hit the Interstate....

We have decided to mow them about once a week to preserve the mystery for posterity.

Come to think of it, those cement center pads are about 5 feet in diameter and sure look like they were placed there for some reason.

Are these unique or does anyone else have pictures of local phenomena like this?

If these are close to me, let me know as I still haven't got our center pad in yet.

O.K., Scott, you asked for it......what is going on here.......this is what is going on.  I know this for a fact as my father-in-law was a civil engineer working for the United States Government on installation and maintenance of Minute Men Missiles during the 1960's.  If you dare...........this is the straight stuff !  See the video below:

I have been to the Norfolk Aeromodeler crop circle a few times. You never know what you might see there.

No reports of crop circles in the Olympia, WA area, only a paved helicopter pad.  LL~ Steve

Howard, if you had a drone with camera you could have posted a picture from overhead.
