Yes the plane looks great. And yes it won't be long before flying weather and hearing everyone complain about the heat. VD~

Yep, Doc...I get that "it's too hot" in the summer, and the "it's too cold" in the fall/winter! I have it in my mind to build a smallish qwanset hut for my flying field and leave it open on each end, like we did in Nam. Makes a kinda wind tunnel. ;D

Looks sweet John, I especially like the apple cheek cowl!!

Glad to see someone using a K&B 61 I have one slated for a future project, oh yeah nice looking plane... y1

That came in 2 pieces....pvc I think...had to glue it together with some f-glass mesh and JBweld on the inside. I didn't trust thick CA. I built a Foam wing P51 once that had full length cheek cowls.....wish this had them.

Hi Dwayne....started to put my Fox .78 in it.....I got a little worried that the plane would be spinning instead of the prop. Didn't have a venturi for the .61....had to fabricate one. ::)

That is nice.
I have a half-finished Phaeton II that has been sitting off to the side in my building area for the past couple of months. I plan on finishing it up soon though...
