Hello Everybody

Just want to let you know that I uploaded several new files in Design Templates section, Model Library.
- Flushing Meadow, NY Stunt Masters
- Australian School
- Jerry Worth
- Charles Mackey
- Lew McFarland
- Jack Sheeks
- Tom Dixon

Hope these would be some help to your projects.

Many questions have come up which I try to cover them here based on my ability.

1. These are NOT plan, although I drew them with attention to every details. (most of the files have equal span, not true to actual design)

2. These are NOT everything that specific designer designed. Only those that I had access.

3. These serve as resources, and to me library is place for resources. That's why it's been placed in Model Library section.

4. These could be used as a coloring template or a quick study of design or designer.

There are many more designs and designers could be added to this collection. I take notes for the future phases all the time and try to go forward with additional files.


ALSO, does any one know that Novi series of Dave Geirke, it has a Novi, Novi 3 and Novi 4, Is there a NOVI 2 in these series? I appreciate your help on this.

  Hello Sina My Friend!!

     Many thanks for all this effort on your part!! If Marvin Denny were here I think he could answer the Novi question right away. I bought his lost foam molds for the Novi wing from him a few months before he passed away. My memory right now is that the wings were the same on the Novi and Novi III. Those two and the Novi IV were publish I believe and I don't recall a Novi II. If there is any explanation it may be in the articles for the the Novi and Novi III. I'll dig those out and look through them and get back to you. My guess is that if he did design a Novi II it must not have lived up to expectations and Dave didn't bother with publishing. Dave is still around, is he not? Involved with R/C cars in some way?? Some one might know for sure and contact him.

it's been a long time. Thank you very much for your time and explanation. It's greatly appreciated.

Hope to find the answer to this question. Very curious and wish somebody here would help, or even if I could some how to get a hold of the Dave Geirke.

Indeed, Dave Gierki was at the 2023 Nats.  He was inducted into the PAMPA Hall of Fame at the 50th PAMPA Anniversary Banquet.  The Banquet was organized by PAMPA President Mark Weiss  The Banquet was acclaimed to be a huge success by all who attended.

Actually Novi 2 was not published. It was a rather strange looking model (even by Dave's own opinion...). Attached is a photo of the Novi 2.

Thanks for the pictures Bob.  Is that actually the cockpit/canopy mounted out on the right wing?!?!  The other versions are so pretty, it’s hard to believe he did that on the Mkii.

Thank you very much for posting the image. It answered an extended search I was doing about this model. very interesting model though, yet different.

Is the model (Novi II) alive Bob?
