A couple of people asked me about my handle at the NATS. Here it is, weights less then 1 oz. It is carbon plate with balsa sides. I may make another run, If there is any interest please PM me.
Thanks

I've seen that before! Came out great.

Target weight is as light as you can get -- I can feel the difference between 25g and 18g, at least on a light airplane.

Joe was kind enough to make one for me. The point was to reduce the overhang. Opposite of yours Motorman
We wanted a faster feel not the heavy overhang feel
Great for the way we trim our models
Motorman yours is great for you

What is the spacing for the fingers? After reading a few comments about handles I have come to the conclusion I need a firm fit for my fingers so the handle doesn't move around. Also what is price? ???

Doc you could always shim it with balsa to make the spacing fit what you need. I saw them in person at the Nat's and already have told Joe to put me down for 2 (I might even share with Ben #^).

Doc,
The spacing between the fingers is 3.5”.
For the ARF version (first picture) the cost is 35 plus shipping
For the RTF version (second picture) the cost is 50 plus shipping
If you are interested send me a PM.
Thanks

CAD drawing of handle.

I would have to get one out and measure but it looks to be the size of the larger EZ-Just handle. I'll see if I can dig one up to compare.
Type at you later,

Just measured the E-Z-Just handles. The large is 4" and the Hot Rock is 3 1/8".
