Title: My brother is learning to fly...
Post by: MarcusCordeiro on May 18, 2015, 07:05:45 AM
Dear friends

Here u go a vídeo of my younger brother Marcio in his 4th flight..
He is going through a very tough time in his life, and the other day while talking, I offered him one of my ships for him to learn...
He even asked me to run the engine... LOL
Anyway, he came to field with me last saturday and was really excited...
Maybe CL will help him overcome this hard moment... And maybe a new pilot???

Good job, Marcus! A shared activity is often a good way to help someone through life's ups and downs.

Great going getting your brother in the air.   Bet he got dizzy.  A little secret on teaching.  Short tanks for about 25 laps and needle lean enough to fly.  Model planes have helped me a lot of times during my life time.   Recovering from motorcycle accident they helped me get on my feet faster.   Also I'm never alone when I'm building or finishing.   Really I have another reason for not being alone.  Tell your brother he did great from the old DOC.

HI Marcus,
Looks like you're doing a great job with your brother.

I taught my younger brother to fly many years ago and know that it's a terriffic feeling to see them succeed.  Best of luck to both of you my friend!
