First build with built up wing since i was a young un. Sig AkroMaster with Fox .15 and uniflo tank. Great price and easy build. Flew very nicely on 52 foot .015 lines. Easy wingovers and rollercoaster rides. Have no doubt about this planes ability to stunt when i get some decent fuel. Had a nice day and mixed some 1/2a fuel and walmart castor oil and couldn't resist trying it out! Pics are of plane and helper, helper chases every plane i fly and has taken a few props in the face and keeps coming back n~ Can't wait for spring to fly some more. Ray

No!, that's white oak leaves. Ginger and I have been joined at the hip for 14 years. When we fly , we make her go to the front of the house and she will sneak all the way around and come bounding out of the woods barking.

Nice Akromaster. You should get even better handling if you drop down to .012x52' lines.

They sell it in 6 oz. bottles as a laxative. Don't know if it is the same castor oil as used in plane fuels but i used it anyway. May have mixed in too much , was cutting out a little on a pull , but could also be tank position or nv setting, i was just glad to get in a decent run this time of year. Also, that old Fox probably has not been run in quite a few years.

If anyone here is planning to build an Akromaster and use a larger than .15 engine, here is a suggestion. If you modify the wing by NOT cutting off the extra LE and TE, adding some extra ribs, modifying the center section, and replacing the strip flaps, you can add a few extra square inches of area to the wing. Here's an old pic of the results. Bottom one is standard with Fox .15X, top is modified one with FP .10.
