How many people outside of our forums do you think will see this? How many of them will care?

He was in VF211 same time I was. I can't say for certain I remember him but I would bet he flew in a F14 I painted. How I know this there were only 5 of us on the corrosion control team and we painted all the airplanes in the squadron.

Seems I made a mistake he was in 124 same time as I was. Been 40 years ago memory slipping. None the less I still probably painted the plane he flew. Pictures below

I have no personal pictures taken by me only memories. Reward for the 3 paint schemes I designed below 3 days liberty each total of 9 days. LOL

Side note on plane 76. That was the bicentennial f-14 and if you notice the Raidom blue line its not at a 90 to the ground. I wanted it to look like a spinner. I was over ruled by the chief at the time. He said for the ease of painting we would follow the radome hinge line. By way would have looked better as I drew it on design sheet. But I still won. LOL

Its on youtube.  As much youtube surfing the younger generation does there is a good chance people will see it.  Whether they head the instructions is another matter.

Very well done video. I agree with Jared about what he said about Youtube.
Hopefully it will help.

It is a nice video. But how many Quadrotor fliers will see it? How many of those will pay any attention to it? Unfortunately, the current generations don't care about following rules or respecting the rights of others. They're all about making a video of them doing something irresponsible and posting it on facebook...sort of like a self-made "participation award". I wouldn't expect even a minor impact from this video. About the best it can do is going to come from showing it to the FAA, showing that AMA is significant and trying to do the right thing.  :(  Steve

I think it would have been much more effective if he'd said "there's things you need to do to keep from hurting people" than "there's rules you must follow".  The former is a sensible reason for thinking.  The latter is just an old guy telling a youngster what should be done.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.
