I have an e-mail into Joe Bucci from Dover DE. The boy came with Joe so hopefully he will reply soon. Sorry for not having his name, the memory is the first thing to go. He arrived late and did not sign up for the event so I could not find any written records.

The mystery is solved:

HAhahaha Yes, That is Eli Cortez Jr. 9 years old.

I think I am going to nickname him "Captain Cortez"

We need to make sure he gets a copy of the magazine for school.
